Shipping Policy

Purchase $100 or more and we will ship your gear to you FREE! If you spend less than $100 we will charge you a flat rate of $8 to anywhere in the United States. Most orders leave Authen within 2-3 business days and then are shipped using standard ground through USPS.

We do offer multiple expedited shipping options and processing if you are practically bursting with anticipation to put on your Authen gear and head out for a run. Overnight orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.

International shipping is available to most countries. We offer a flat international rate of $25. The customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We do not offer the ability to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees at time of purchase.

Regardless of your shipping situation, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been filled by Authen. Many of our packages are small enough to fit in mailboxes so please check there if you think your package is lost.
